Firepro M706Firepro M706 sealant is a one-part fire-rated sealant formulated primarily to perform as a barrier to the incursion of fire around pipes and cables and through expansion joints.
M706 is also an effective acoustic sealant.
M706 is recommended for sealing interior construction joints which are subject to movement (up to ±20%)in concrete floors and concrete block walls, plasterboard, Hebel walls and brickwork.

Firepro M707 is a one-part, water-borne, high performance, tough and gunnable sealant.
It has been formulated to give the best balance of hardness and flexibility with good resistance to fire, sound, and moisture.
It is primarily used for fire rating interior and exterior construction joints especially concrete panels and blockwork.
It is useful for sealing small gaps around services penetrating fire rated partitions, and many other fire rating situations where an economical and simple to apply fire stopping material is required.
M707 has excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials, including concrete, brick, plasterboard, glass, cables, PVC, steel, timber, mineral fibre, and ceramic fibre.

M708 Fireban A fire rated, single component, polyurethane sealant curing via air humidity to form an elastomeric weather proof fire rated seal.
Recommended Uses: Sealing joints in expansion and construction joints in precast concrete.

Penetrations in areas requiring intumescent sealing.
Sealing acoustic jointing.

M752 has excellent adhesion capabilities plus durability.
Centabuild M752 is a one-part, water-borne, urethane polymer blended with acrylic co-polymer to give a tough and gunnable sealant.

Centabuild M755 Acoustic Sealant is a flexible water based product for internal use.
It is applied around the perimeter of all partitions and all penetrating items on walls where sound compartmentation is required.
It is suitable for concrete, brick, masonary, timber, steel, polystyrene and most wall panel products such as gypsum plaster boards.
M755 maintains the sound transmission class (STC) of 55 in gaps in partitions.
Note: M755 is not a fire rated sealant.

| Fire Stop Sealing |

Firepro M799 GPG is a specially formulated powder mixed with water, and primarily used to seal penetrations in fire rated floors and walls.
Compatible with all known building materials, GPG consists mainly of gypsum, perlite and glass fibre in white powder form and has no asbestos content.
It is mixed with water on site to achieve the required consistency for pouring, troweling or gunning, and remains usable for approximately one hour after mixing.

| Fireseal Strips |

Firepro BJ201 is used for movement joints in floors and walls when fire protection together with high flexibility is required.
BJ201 consists of layers of flexible water resistant intumescent strip sandwiched between layers of flexible foam.
During a fire the intumescent expands to create a fire resistant barrier crushing the foam and filling the gap with non combustible insulating material.
The seal has flexibility to withstand vibration and other movement.

Firepro B212 FBS is a highly flexible fire barrier strip providing up to 2 hours fire protection for walls.
Does not require any overcoating to maintain fire resistance, and is easy to apply.
